Refund rules for the planned one-time IIQE Paper 1 digital-access purchase.

Production checkout is currently closed. No live purchase can be made and no live payment is taken while this notice remains in place.
Digital access
If sales open, the offer is a one-time US$8.99 Creem payment for seven-day IIQE Paper 1 access. The access includes 15 free diagnostic questions and 45 paid original practice questions. It is not a subscription. Seven days is the access period, not an unconditional refund period.
Eligible cases
Activated digital access is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we confirm a duplicate charge, the wrong product was supplied, or a material delivery failure remains unresolved after a reasonable support attempt. A change of mind after access or use does not by itself qualify.
How to request
Email hello@hklicensingprep.com promptly with the purchase email, order reference, purchase date and a short description. Do not send full card details or passwords. We may request reasonable evidence needed to locate and assess the order.
Processing and rights
Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider and payment method actually used. Provider processing times and currency conversion may apply. Refund or chargeback confirmation may end paid access. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
