Who should prepare and send documents for the Hong Kong nursing licensing route?
A useful document checklist cannot stop at “upload the certificate.” The applicant usually owns identity documents, application forms, and personal declarations. The training institution may need to send curriculum information and theoretical or clinical hours directly. The original registration authority may need to verify registration status or good standing. Track an owner, direct-send or sealed-copy requirement, translation need, dispatch date, and Council receipt status for every item. This site is only an organiser; the current Nursing Council forms and written instructions remain controlling.
